RETURNS

We understand that sometimes a purchase not always right and a return may be necessary, and we want to ensure that the process is as smooth as possible for you.

Our standard returns policy applies with an exchange for a different item, a store credit or refund to the value of the item upon purchase.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you ample time to decide if your purchase meets your expectations. This means that you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be unworn or unused.
  • The item must have all original tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for panties or any other bottom/underwear items.

Initiating a Return

If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us at hello@acclub.com.au Our dedicated team will guide you through the process.

It is important to note that returns must be sent to the address provided by our team. Items sent back to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and making a separate purchase for the new item. This will ensure the fastest and most efficient process for you to get what you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will have the option to choose between receiving a store credit or a refund to your original payment method. The processing of your refund will take place within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@acclub.com.au

 

All return and exchange shipping costs are at the customers expense.


Cancellations

After you have placed an order, a receipt is automatically mailed to you confirming the purchase intent however does not constitute a contract.

Should you wish to cancel or change your order, you must email hello@acclub.com.au within 1 hour of your order being placed.

Please note, any changes may result in a delay in dispatch of up to 1-2 business days.
